Snow showers last night, about 3 inches of snow on the ground, forecast calls for freezing rain and ice ahead (but far enough that we shouldn't run into it)
Wow! We did NOT expect to go from the mild, arid climate of LA to the deep freeze. More details about our departure (and the events leading up to it) tonight, when we get to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Right now, we're late getting going (in typical fashion for Pete) so see yuh at the next stop!
